Environment and Society (ICES 2022), India confers me an award of "Vigyan Bhusan Puraskar" in recognition of outstanding academic contribution and achievements in the field of Aquatic Biodiversity on the occasion of an International Conference on the Theme of Recent achievement of disaster management, Agriculture and environmental sustainability. Award and certificate handed over to me with my wife by honorable Chief Guest, Prof. Avinash Tiwari, VC, Jiwaji University, Gwalior, India, and other distinguished delegates and Gusts on the dias. My book "Fish and Fisheries Resources in Bangladesh" was released from this international conference.
